Self Sufficiency

Solar Power

Wild Valley generates all it’s electricity from solar power! When the sun is shining enough electricity is generated to power 8 households.

Rain Water

Wild Valley receives all it’s water from the rain. The drinking water is collected from the building roofs and the water that flushes the toilets comes from the dam.

The toilets and grey water all goes into a reed bed filtering system. This natural method breaks down the sewerage with naturally occurring aerobic and anerobic bacteria, along with nutrient reduction and conversion from the reeds.

Entry to Wild Valley
